You need to upgrade your Flash Player This is replaced by the Flash content.		Tool Tip component is HELPER COMPONENT. Component is made to help in creating tool tip. Tool Tip can follow mouse, scroll in, type in, be placed on custom position or be removed. All parameters of Tool Tip component can be controlled thru Property Inspector, or by Action Script.
